Dr. Darshan Patel completed his medical school at Gujarat University in India, followed by Internal Medicine residency at Texas Tech University, Permian Basin where he served as chief resident during his final year and Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at University of Missouri -Kansas City. 

His area of interest includes Cardiovascular, Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and Neuro critical care. He enjoys bedside procedures and guiding patients and family through difficult times while being treated in the intensive care unit.
